About this Event
This monthly drumming circle is about creating connection, to the drums, to ourselves, to each other, to the bigger things that we are all part of .
You may have a drum already and looking for somewhere to play with others, show it off or play it loud.
Or you may be curious and have never tried drumming before.
Or anything in between.
It's all welcome.
There will be drums to borrow if you don't have your own.
We'll be drumming in rounds - setting intentions for what we'll drum for and seeing what shifts and changes with in and without.
Drumming can help us relax, allowing our nervous system to relax and enjoy ourselves by creating sound together.
This drumming circle is for adults only.
Any drums are welcome . I work with frame drums but if you have another type of drum please bring it along. (not a whole drum kit though);)
Spaces are limited so book early to secure your space.
Any questions or for more information contact Emma on [email protected].
It will be great to welcome you!
No refunds unless the workshop is fully booked and someone from the waiting list takes the space 48 hours before the workshop.
