Drum Healing is an experiential workshop of active musical therapy through rhythm. Rhythm is a basic component of the human body and our natural environment. Various diverse rhythms coordinate the functions of our body and brain.
In whichever way it is expressed, music is also a crucial element of human development. In the Drum Healing group we discover the rhythms that exist inside us and how these can lead us to freely express ourselves and communicate with our body and the people around us.
By using rhythms, our voice and our body, we create and play rhythms, converse through these rhythms and express ourselves in a way that our body and psyche need in order to feel free and relaxed.
This workshop helps with:
• Attention distraction
• Difficulty to relax
• Fear of social exposure
• Blocked imagination
• Physical / bodily difficulties
• Breathing difficulties
• Difficulty to come in contact with one’s own feelings
In the Drum Healing workshop you can find a gentle, fun way to overcome difficulties and feel truly creative, relaxed and happy!
