Dru Yoga & Gong Bath, 6 May Bank Holiday, Richmond Dru yoga and gong bath for deep restorative healing as we connect to the upcoming May new moon.
About this Event

Join us for an afternoon of Dru Yoga & Sound with Chetna and Kate. Movement and sound is a beautiful pairing to bring in deep restorative healing to the body and mind. During this workshop we will be connecting to the upcoming New Moon energies for manifesting wishes and reaching your potential.

Dru Yoga is a beautiful, gentle form of yoga with elements of Tai Chi. You will be taken through movements to bring balance to the body and release any stagnant energy. (no previous experience of yoga is required)

Sound and Gong baths are known to bring many benefits including bringing inner stillness where deep healing can occur. They can also strengthen the nervous system and balance the chakras thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress. We will be using the Mars and Venus planetary gongs to bring in balance to the yin/yang energies.

The church dates back to 1896 and has a beautiful apse and stained glass to create beautiful reflective colours as we play the gongs. The church also has incredible acoustics which is perfect for sound healing in a sacred space.

Chetna is the founder of Aatma, she regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She is a Gong Master, Reiki Master and Teacher in various modalities of healing. She has over 20 years of experience and training.

Kate is a Dru yoga teacher and practitioner in Transference healing.
