About this Event
Drop in for a guided meditation with a certified meditation instructor every Wednesday at The Art of Living Urban Retreat! Join us at 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm and immerse yourself in an evening of relaxation and connection. This in-person event will provide a sacred space for you to unwind and restore your energy. You will also get an introduction to our meditation courses! Let the soothing atmosphere, and guided meditation offer a break from your busy week.

Parking Info:
There is plenty of street parking available all around the area, including off of Hoover Street and W. Adams Boulevard. There's also a parking structure at USC Village if you prefer, which is around a 10 min walk to our space.
Dress Code:
Anything goes. There will be a combination of chairs and floor seating available so that you can choose what's best for you!
