About this Event
You can barely pronounce it - but you still want to drink it! We're getting a little weird in this session, covering the oddest corners of the spirits world. Absinthe, beguiling brandies, bizarro-amaros and the most unusual (and often delicious!) liqueurs we've ever tried. It's everything you've always wondered about but were too afraid to ask your bartender about.
You will learn about the history, distillation and cocktail applications of the downright oddest spirits to grace a modern cocktail menu. The session includes a a guided tasting of at least 8 pours with cocktail samples, and paired light bites.
