FREE MMA for the Queer Community

Join Coach Lu Villarreal on November 16th at 12:30pm for the next session of our new free monthly MMA class for the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! Each month will have a different technique focus. This session we're practicing takedowns! Learn how to fall safely and how to throw other people to the mat.

Queer MMA is intended for ages 16+, but younger teens are welcome to participate with an adult who brings them.
