As the days grow colder, our bodies crave warmth and circulation. This month’s session is designed to ease stiff joints, boost your energy, and kindle that inner glow.
Whether you’ve been feeling sluggish, achy, or just in need of some cozy nourishment, this event helps restore flow and comfort.
What you’ll experience:
- Improved circulation and energy flow
- Relief for achy muscles or stiff joints
- A cozy, heart-centered sense of warmth
- Calm and restoration before holiday busyness
- Each participant receives an individualized treatment within the group setting.

This is a donation-based event ($30 suggested · pay what you can).
👉 Important: You MUST sign up to participate. When you register, you’ll select a specific start time. That is the time your treatment begins. Each treatment lasts about 45 minutes.
What is Group Acupuncture?
In group acupuncture, each person is treated in a comfortable, shared space. While you’ll be resting alongside others, your treatment is tailored to you. Many people find that the group setting deepens relaxation and creates a supportive community energy.
How to prepare:
- Complete your intake paperwork before you arrive (link will be emailed).
- Eat a light meal or snack 1–4 hours beforehand.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing that allows the acupuncturist to access your arms (to elbows) and legs (to knees).
- Let your acupuncturist know if you have any questions or concerns.

Stardust Wellness occasionally offers treatments and events on a pay-what-you-can basis. Your donation serves as payment for the services provided. Please note that your donation is NOT tax-deductible as we are not a non-profit organization.
