Whilst we cannot say it better than Lily, Champagne is one of many exquisite sparkling wine expressions that are made around the world. Tonight, we look to explore beyond this coveted region of France and enjoy wines that uphold the same standards and pedigree. From Spanish Cava that exudes prestige, and the highly undervalued Franciacorta wines from Italy, and of course referring to Champagne for context.
The world is our oyster for fizzy grape juice, so I say let’s see what’s what and sample a few things round the table, just in time to get a new favorite ahead of the new year parties perhaps?

Our shop tastings start at 7pm and run for approximately one to one and a half hours. We will match 4-6 wines on a theme, accompanied by some light nibbles chosen to pair with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements. All attendees will be eligible for a 10% discount on any purchases made that evening - yippee!
