Running out of date night ideas? Wanna do something different for your birthday? Hoping for a fun way to spend more time with Mom, ideally involving wine? We’ve got you!
In this hands-on instructional class, participants will learn to use power tufting machines to create a rug or wall hanging. The 4-hour class will cover the basics of setting up a tufting frame with stretched primary cloth and threading and operating tufting machines.
You will finish and take home your piece in the same day.
Participants will work on projects of their own design on a frame that can accommodate pieces 24 x 24 inches.
Frame, cloth, yarn, drinks, and snacks are included, and participants will take their finished work home following the class.
Space is limited to 20 participants!
Location: Tuft the World Education Studio, Bok Building, 1901 S 9th Street, Room 501, Philadelphia, PA 19148

* Should enrollment fall below the minimum number of participants, the workshop will be cancelled prior to the scheduled day. TTW staff will contact you about cancellations 24-48 hours before the scheduled workshop date.
