About this Event
Dream Woman is my upcoming 4-week beginner-friendly heels series rooted in women’s empowerment and embodied self-trust; an invitation to reconnect with your body, claim space, and move from a place of inner authority. This series centers self-love, body respect, and confidence that is cultivated from within, rather than shaped by external expectation or gaze.
As we approach International Women’s Day, this series honours womanhood as powerful, layered, and ever-evolving. It’s a space to celebrate the body as a living expression of womanhood, deserving of presence, pleasure, and care. If you’ve been longing to move with intention, reconnect with your body, and experience sensuality as something innate and empowering, I invite you into this 4-week journey of embodiment and connection.
Over these 4 weeks, we’ll explore expressive choreography, grounded technique, and the authentic expression of heels as a tool for empowerment - not to impress, but to embody. Each class will also include my signature technique exercise, a foundational practice I use consistently with my students to build strength, control, and confidence in heels, and one that has been instrumental in supporting their technical growth over time. Each week builds on the last, guiding you toward deeper body awareness, skill development, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
To close the series, we’ll create a powerful, professionally filmed group video, celebrating the wisdom, strength and expression of women. In addition, dancers will have the option to film professionally shot solo videos, a personal keepsake to honour their individual journey, growth, and embodiment.
