Dram Fine Drinks - Sipping Sessions: Glen Moray

Join us for a relaxed, host-led tasting exploring the versatility of Glen Moray, a Speyside distillery known for its innovative cask maturation. This session is perfect for both newcomers and enthusiasts looking to explore how different casks shape flavour.

You’ll be guided through five 15ml drams, each showcasing a unique cask influence. On the night, we’ll be tasting Glen Moray Chardonnay Cask, Tokaji, Peated PX Cask, Manzanilla, and the Glen Moray 18 Year Old, building in depth and complexity as we go.

Along the way, we’ll explore how wine and sherry casks impact whisky, how peat interacts with sweetness, and what makes Glen Moray such an underrated distillery. Expect a laid-back, social atmosphere with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts.
