Welcome to Dragon Summer Tai Chi Qi Gong in Observatory Park!
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of Tai Chi in the beautiful surroundings of Eisenhower Park in Southeast Denver. Come and enjoy the peaceful practice of Tai Chi as we transition from summer to fall.
The Tai Chi Project at Living Younger Longer Institute coordinates and leads these gatherings from 9:00 -10:00 am. Joe Brady and Jacqui Shumway are considered some of the best at teaching novices the movements of Tai Chi Ch'uan. At the same time, they help experienced "Tai Chi Players" deepen their appreciation of this ancient healing martial art.
No experience is necessary, so all are welcome to attend!
We also invite you to 9 am Tai Chi following Walk With A Doc monthly walk around City Park on the last Friday of every Month at 8:00 am. Denver Health's Dr. Grace Alfonsi will have a different topic each month and bring you back in time for you to join the Tai Chi!
See you soon!
