Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with a feel-good wellness day at The Duce, designed for connection, movement, and a full-body reset. Yoga With April x Dr. Mona Amini (Not Your Typical Psychiatrist) are teaming up to bring you an experience you can share with a partner, best friend, or anyone you love, including yourself. Come for the class and stay for the vibes.

We’ll kick things off at 10:30am with an all-levels grounding yoga flow designed to link breath to movement, led by April.
