The Women’s Circle: Supporting Your Immune System Naturally (for Busy Parents)
About this Event

This session is only available to families who live within EH6/EH7 and must have at least one child under 6 years old.

Most parents are running on empty—juggling busy lives while dealing with low energy, frequent illness, and ongoing stress.

In this practical workshop, you’ll learn how to support your immune system naturally by focusing on three key areas: energy, food, and stress. We’ll cover simple, realistic habits that can help you feel more energised, resilient, and better equipped to handle everyday demands.

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about small, sustainable changes that work in real life. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps to start improving your health straight away.

💬 Come share, or just be present — all are welcome
🍲 Dinner will be provided — enjoy a warm, nourishing meal
👶 Children are welcome — space will be available for little ones, though we kindly ask that you remain responsible for their care during the circle.

Whether you’re looking to connect with others, learn something new, or simply enjoy a supportive community space, you’ll be warmly welcomed
