About this Event
Downshift is a 90-minute immersive experience designed to guide your body out of constant “go mode” and into a state of deep regulation, safety, and restoration. Through a blend of slow, intentional yin shapes, myofascial release, breath work , and somatic practices, you’ll learn how to:
- release stored tension in the body
- increase your capacity to feel and process
- access true rest (not just collapse)
- build a more resilient, regulated nervous system
Following the Downshift Framework, you’ll leave with simple, tangible tools to support your nervous system in everyday life. This is where we practice feeling safe, in stillness.
