Doom Metal Yoga Series

Join us for a truly unique and powerful movement experience! This class combines gentle yoga moves with, you guessed it - doom metal music. Doom metal is a slow and often spiritual side to heavy metal that works particularly well for getting into a meditative state or finding some extra strength in a warrior pose. All levels are welcome. The only prerequisite is a love of metal (or at least a curiosity!).
