About this Event
Join me for a yoga flow on Wednesday at 5:30pm in the main room of St Andrews church surrounded by stained glass and new friends ◡̈.
This is by donation (cash preferred), but the option to pay by venmo or zelle will be available as well. All are welcome, no matter your level or experience!
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that will make you comfortable ◡̈. There are mats at the church to borrow. There is usually easy parking nearby.
I will be closing the doors at 5:35pm to get started, so please make sure you give yourself time to park and come in!
