About this Event
IMPORTANT: If this is your first time joining us, please fill in the intake form so I can make this the best experience for you.
This is a gentle, grounded hatha flow focused on the earth element and root chakra to help you find peace and stability in your body, mind, and spirit.
The practice will be around 45 minutes, followed by a short, 15 minute meditation with yoga nidra techniques (and Reiki healing if the setting permits). Class is accessible to all levels, so this is the perfect way to get outside, get moving in a beautiful setting, feel your best, and meet good people.
I suggest bringing a towel/blanket to put under your mat to be more comfortable and so it doesn't get super dirty. In case of rain, class will be cancelled (check for any updates Saturday night).
Class is donation-based. The suggested minimum donation amount is $10, but feel free to pay what you can to help cover Meetup and teaching costs.
Please note:
If you are unable to make it, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours before class out of respect for the instructor.
- You can make your donation by bringing cash the day of, or sending an etransfer to [email protected]
- Please try to arrive to the meet-up point between 10:30-10:45AM so we can settle in and start on time.
- Please bring your yoga mat, water, 2 blocks if you have them, blankets, pillows, and any other props you may like to use.
- Always listen to your body.
- Have a good attitude and have fun!
Location:
Meet us at Angrignon metro station near the bixis between 10:30-10:45AM and we will walk to the exact spot together. We will be practicing near the big pond by the station. Class will start at 11. I will update the map pin with the exact location once we arrive, so those that are late can find us. Look for me with my purple mat and blanket!
