DANCE MEDITATION is a transformative 60-minute journey that fuses dance and meditation to let go of mental boundaries and awaken your true self.The practice invites you into a dynamic exploration of body through somatic practices and authentic dance (no choreography) that opens your mind for creativity allowing more freedom. It revitalizes stagnant energy, frees from internal struggles, and emotions held captive within the body. That allows each student to find their own path to pursue harmony.
The practice works on the subtle bodies, giving space for inner strength, tranquility, and joy through guided dance improvisation and holistic practices.
Each session ends with a 15-minute meditation or Yoga Nidra, deepening your self-connection.
To conclude: Dance your truth. Meditate your essence.
Each month there will be a different topic of the class (especially meditation).

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing that you can move freely, ideally covering your knees and elbows and water bottle. If you prefer Savasana instead of meditation, bring your yoga mat as well.
