About the AuthorDominic Hoffman is a writer, acclaimed actor, playwright, and award-winning audiobook narrator. He is best known for his role as Julian Day on A Different World, as Dr. Jeff Russell on Grey’s Anatomy, and most recently starring in Henry Johnson alongside Shia LaBeouf and Chris Bauer.
A graduate of UC Santa Cruz with training from the American Conservatory Theater, LAMDA, and NYU’s Tisch School, Dominic’s literary achievements include award-winning plays such as Uncle Jacques’ Symphony and Last Fare. As a narrator, he has earned numerous accolades, including AudioFile’s Best of 2023 for his performance of James McBride’s The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store, as well as multiple Earphones Awards.
