Join us for a tasting class featuring the iconic rosé wines of Domaines Ott from Provence, France. Known as one of the benchmark producers of Provençal rosé, Domaines Ott crafts elegant wines from its historic estates across the region.
Gentle, sustainable, organic winegrowing and winemaking practices have always been utilized on the estates. In keeping with an ethos based on craftsmanship and a bespoke approach, the family uses biodynamic-inspired practices that go well beyond the requirements of current standards.
In this class, we’ll explore their fresh, refined style while tasting a selection that highlights the beauty and terroir of southern France.
