Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe Wine Dinner

As part of their programme of wine dinners and tasting events curated by Head Sommelier Jules Coppier, The Lanesborough hotel in London is proud to host an exclusive wine dinner with Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe.

Jules Coppier is joined by Daniel Brunier, co-owner and fourth generation of the family-run Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe, one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's most celebrated wineries.

Guests will enjoy a convivial evening with fellow wine lovers, with a four-course menu by The Lanesborough's Executive Chef Shay Cooper, paired with some of the estate’s most celebrated cuvées, including the distinguished La Crau 2020, poured from a very rare Double Magnum bottle for this special evening.

Founded in 1898 by Hippolyte Brunier, Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe is one of the most iconic estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The domaine takes its name from an old telegraph tower that once stood on the plateau of La Crau, a symbol of communication and connection that continues to inspire the Brunier family’s philosophy. Now, in the hands of the fourth and fifth generations, the family has preserved both heritage and terroir while guiding the estate into the future.

The domaine’s vines, some more than 60 years old, are rooted in the galets roulés of La Crau – large, sun-warmed stones that shape wines of elegance, depth, and remarkable longevity. Revered for their authenticity and consistency, Vieux Télégraphe’s cuvées are regarded as benchmarks of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
