Through carefully curated sound, scent, taste, and ritual, Alunia Sound Journeys, Vitality Vibes by Vichelle, and Chef Michele Salisbury will transport your senses to the heart of Italy, while gently guiding your nervous system into deep rest and renewal.

Italian culture teaches us that true wellbeing comes through slowness, pleasure, and simplicity. These are the principles at the heart of this experience.

Our intention is to create a space where you can pause, breathe, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to simply "be you again"
