The screening of a new short documentary about the creation of Morley’s Centre for Adult Education, SE1 Westminster Bridge Road SE1.
Morley College started life over 135 years ago in the backrooms of the famous Old Vic Theatre in Waterloo.
Over time it established a reputation as a home for art, music and lifelong learning. Bombed during the war and rebuilt in 1958, this documentary recounts Morley’s remarkable social History and includes previously unseen archive materials.
