Ajahn Yiu is here to explore why this might not actually be true happiness at all, and why committing to the training precepts (sila) might actually be the key to freedom and joy instead.

Ajahn Yiu actively teaches in Hong Kong and the region and has been ordained for over ten years as a monk under Ajahn Ganha.
