Panel in Partnership with the Music Department of Cornish College for the ArtsTrío Guadalevín explores the musical dialogue between Indigenous, European, and African cultures that define Latin American identity. The Trio moves seamlessly between the past and present, employing a mix of contemporary, folkloric, and historic melodies sung in Spanish, Arabic, Zapotec, and Ladino. Performers are Abel Rocha, voice, harp and guitars; Antonio Gomez, percussion and guitars; and Gus Denhard, lutes, oud, and guitars.
