<h4>CLASS DESCRIPTION:</h4>
This is a comprehensive class on how to make L&N Cake signature Flower Pressed Shortbread cookies!
Everyone will get a set of four pressed flower shortbread cookies. Two flavors can be chosen.
Flavors Offered:
- rose
- lavender
- chamomile
- butterfly pea
- calendula
- orange blossom.
All of the tools, pressed flowers, floral sugars, edible glitter, baked cookies, and glazes will be provided. You only need to bring yourself :) During the class, I will teach you how to press edible flowers, where to source them, how to decorate them on cookies, and as a fun informative bonus how to make floral sugars. Boxes and bags will be provided.
<h4>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:</h4>
We are a mother/daughter duo who specialize in floral cakes and cookies. We grow many of our flowers as well as shop locally for our organic flowers and ingredients in the surrounding DC, Maryland, Virginia area.
