The key ingredients to strategic plan recipe writing are setting Objectives reached through SMART Goals supported by Strategies, activated with Tactics, implemented with Accountability within a Timeline, supported by Required Resources, and evaluated with Success Indicators. Working through each of these components can be streamlined through frameworks and tools. But the secret sauce is active listening! Gain insights from Dr. Amy Kweskin of Artsightful, an expert arts management consultant, author and educator.
