The difference between Religion and Spirituality. Why Spirituality is important. Spiritual pathways.
Week 2-
Stages of Faith, How spiritual growth often happens most profoundly in moments of uncertainty and questioning.
Week 3-
Attachment Style and how it relates to Spirituality. Understanding your connection to your higher power, Healing betrayal trauma in spirituality.
Week 4-
Is being Christlike more than turning the other cheek? Boundaries balancing compassion and assertiveness.
Week 5-
Cognitive distortions in faith. Differentiation of self, strengthening your own spirituality despite what is going on around you.
Week 6-
Why Questions are the beginning not the end. Thoughtful people who asked hard questions throughout time.
