Parking Suggestions:

1. Green P Parking – 20 Duncan St.

This is the most dependable option overall. It is a large municipal garage with consistent availability, clear signage, and straightforward payment through the Green P app or pay stations. It works well for both short meetings and longer stays and is an easy, well-lit walk to 401 Richmond.

Walking distance: approximately 3 minutes
Best for: certainty, first-time visitors, events with fixed start times

2. Green P Parking – 15 Clarence Square

A smaller municipal lot that is often overlooked, which can be an advantage during busy periods. It is quieter than Duncan Street and still very close. While it fills faster, it is a strong second choice if Duncan is full.

Walking distance: approximately 4 minutes
Best for: daytime meetings, avoiding congestion, a calmer arrival experience

3. Impark – 111 Peter St.

A reliable private option with surface and underground parking. Availability is generally good, especially outside peak downtown hours. Rates vary, but it is convenient and predictable when municipal lots are full.

Walking distance: approximately 6 minutes
Best for: backup option, longer stays, evenings and weekends

Coming Via Subway

1. Osgoode Station

Line 1 Yonge–University
Walking time: approximately 8 to 10 minutes

This is the closest and most direct option. The walk is straightforward and well used, making it ideal for visitors unfamiliar with the area.

Best for: first-time visitors, daytime meetings, predictable arrival timing

2. St. Andrew Station

Line 1 Yonge–University
Walking time: approximately 10 to 12 minutes

A very practical alternative, especially for those arriving from the north or south on Line 1. The route is simple and works well year-round.

Best for: commuters already on Line 1, evening events
