WHAT TO EXPECT
This is not your "typical" vision board workshop where you cut pictures of what you want, stick them on a board and stare at it every day, hoping it will manifest the longer you stare at them. How would you know if those things you “want” are the best things for you at this stage or season in your life right now?
The Discover Your Life Map vision board experience is different. You're not going to know what's going to be on your beautiful board, but once you complete it, it will resonate so deeply with you on a soul level with a lot of truth, relating to where you are in life, and what you might need to focus on next to get to the next higher level of your 'self' and your life!
PLUS In this workshop we will be adding aupuncture to the meditations we'll be doing, which will boost your clarity and grounding to create that soul vision board.
Together we'll create a fun, powerful, inspiring, creative and transformative safe haven where you go deep within to pull out your deepest desires, goals and ideas.

In 2020 and 2021, there were habits and behaviors many of us needed to adopt in order to push forward. Whether those behaviors, habits and actions are still beneficial to us, is questionable. This is your opportunity to reset and reignite what your intentional actions will be for 2022. This workshop can help you figure out the right direction for you wherever you're at in life!
In this experience, you’ll:
- You'll recieve an acupunture treatment by Dr Irina Logman, which will support you in grounding and relaxing
- Be doing really deep work and not feel it because its a 100% guaranteed fun workshop!
- Be guided through meditation and visualization exercises to ground and expand into your vision.
- Create a beautiful vision board that speaks truth to your life on a soul level.
- Create an anchor word or sentence that serves as an anchor and focus point for you in 2022.
What to Bring (UBER IMPORTANT!)
1. 22" by 28" Poster Board recommended, but you can use any desired size.
2. MAGAZINES! (8 or more! LOTSS!!) -Have different kinds, include some you typically wouldn't read and some of interest.
3. GLUE AND GLUE STICKS - Have an extra one with you, just in case you run out.

Dr. Irina Logman, DACM, LAc is a New York State licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is National Board Certified in Acupuncture and Herbs. She is also a licensed Acupuncture Physician in the State of Florida. Irina has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for more than 15 years. Irina received industry-leading training in Acupuncture and TCM at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City, graduating within the top 1% of her class.
For over 12 years, Pej had a successful career as an eCommerce and Business IT Transformation Expert with a proven track record of creating clear vision and successful strategies for companies to build structure in chaotic environments using technology. For over 9 rewarding years, Pej has been teaching meaningful and fun vision board workshops that cultivate joy, self awareness and self realization among individuals, corporate teams and social groups. These workshops have helped many women and men unearth their innate path to a happier and more harmonious life.
Pej has a spiritual well-being advisory practice (Throne Therapy)where she helps extraordinary individuals get aligned and become who they were created to be. She is meditator and also the Host and producer of the BadassFabulous Podcast, which is about Self-Truth, Love and Fearless Living.
