Programme Dates (3 Weeks)

Week 1: Monday 8th June, 2:00–4:00pm
📍Youth Employment Hub – Kemp Town

Week 2: Monday 15th June, 2:00–4:00pm
📍 NSL Office (near Aldi), Old Shoreham Road, Hove

Week 3: Tuesday 23rd June, 2:00–4:00pm
📍 Youth Employment Hub – Kemp Town


What You’ll Do

Week 1 – Discover the Role

Meet the employer, learn about the job, and explore what public service looks like in real life.
Spoiler: it’s much broader than you think!


Week 2 – Real Employer Experience

  • Visit the workplace, meet staff, and try out practical tasks like:
  • Using a radio
  • Issuing a parking ticket
    Ask questions and get a true feel for the job.


Week 3 – Your Next Steps

Reflect on your experience and plan what’s next:

  • Explore live roles
  • Improve your CV
  • Get support or explore other pathways
