Exploration Of The Eight Limbs Of Yoga.
Join us at The Sound School for a transformative 9-week exploration into the heart of yoga. This unique course blends Yoga-Chi (combination of yoga & Tai Chi) and Kundalini Yoga, guiding you beyond just physical movement into the deeper wisdom of the practice.
Most people know yoga as poses… but yoga is so much more.
Over these 9 weeks, we’ll gently explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga a timeless framework that helps us live with greater balance, clarity, and inner peace.
What you’ll experience:
• Learn how yoga supports not just the body, but the mind and spirit
• Explore breathing, movement, meditation and self-awareness
• Discover simple practices you can bring into everyday life
• Feel more grounded, calm and connected
The journey includes:
• Yamas & Niyamas – practical wisdom for how we relate to ourselves and the world
• Asana – mindful movement to build strength, flexibility, and awareness
• Pranayama – breathing techniques to energise and calm
• Pratyahara – learning to step away from distractions and turn inward
• Dharana – developing focus and concentration
• Dhyana – meditation and inner stillness
• Samadhi – experiencing a sense of unity, peace, and wholeness
Rather than a ladder to climb, these limbs are like branches of a tree all connected, supporting one another and growing together
This course is suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
As part of your journey, you’ll also experience a deeply nourishing Sound Bath led by Huda a chance to fully relax, reset your nervous system and absorb the deeper benefits of your practice through healing sound. This will be the class on 18th March.
