I am offering an intimate 3-week Kundalini Yoga foundation series starting soon on Monday evenings at SunFyr Barns. It is a chance and opportunity to create a deeper understanding of what Kundalini Yoga is, explored through both educational teachings and a 90-minute practice. This is a small, intimate group of 8, so if you are interested, I invite you to reach out. You’ll also be added to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of the course to share experiences, ask questions and stay connected between sessions.
Through the combination of support, education, and shared practice, I intend for you to leave with a clearer understanding of Kundalini Yoga and why it works, a deeper connection and awareness of your body and breath, and greater confidence in yourself.
No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is needed to join.
