Seeds is a gentle, welcoming Fusion Belly Dance class for beginners and anyone wanting to reconnect with movement. No experience needed, no pressure, no expectations. Just space to explore and move.
We’ll move slowly, warm up with intention, learn posture and simple foundations, and play with Fusion, FCBD® and Datura™ inspired movement. Nothing fancy. Just building comfort, confidence, and connection.

This trial is simply a chance to come try it out, meet the space, and see how it feels in your body. If you decide to continue, the $5 goes toward any package.
