Experience in 120 minutes how movement, lightness, and relaxation come together in a completely new way. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you’ll receive a comprehensive introduction to practicing with the hammock. Together, we’ll explore the basics and even try out a few playful tricks that might surprise you. Ricarda makes sure everyone feels comfortable: with clear and caring guidance, she may help you rise to new heights – and of course, you’re always free to take a break whenever you need.
