Join us for our next Pink & Powerful Sweat & Sip at UltiMET Fitness Southside! To celebrate Harry Styles' new album, we'll be playing his best hits on the playlist!(And maybe even some 1 Direction throwbacks!) Feel free to dress in some sparkle/ disco esque fits to make it extra fun!
We’ll kick things off with a 50-60 min beginner-friendly CrossFit-style workout followed by a chance to connect and celebrate together! We provide modifications for the entire workout- so you can be a total beginner, or a longtime crossfitter and have an incredible time!

🥂 Sip – Head to Teocalli in Southside for delicious Mexican food & drinks with the group
