We are delighted to announce our Annual Dinner on 3 March 2026. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the UK Disciples of Escoffier, and to celebrate this milestone, we will be showcasing some of our most talented Disciples in the kitchen, each preparing a signature dish.
They will be supported by students from the Entente Cordiale Culinaire , highlighting our continued commitment to mentoring and developing the next generation of culinary talent.
