Join HoWL to pick up litter and win prizes and DiRtBaG awards! Register for free on our website: howlalaska.org. Youth and families can meet us after school on Monday-Friday from 3:30 to 5:30, or 4:15-5:30. On Saturday, April 26, we will meet from 11-2 to pick up trash at Bishop's Beach, and celebrate everyone's hard work with food, prizes and awards. Youth who participate can earn scholarships for HoWL wilderness programs, complete service hours, and win special prizes for categories such as Most Trash, Dirtiest DiRtBaG or Microtrash Master. The HoWL DiRtBaG event also supports HoWL's need-based scholarship program, which helps provide expedition opportunities for all youth excited to HoWL!
