This discussion will explore museum leadership today, from stewardship of historic collections to institutional growth and public engagement. Drawing on Axel Rüger’s experience and Pauline Forlenza’s leadership, the conversation will offer insight into the present and future of the field.


Join the American Federation of Arts on April 21st at 2 PM EST at Christie's New York for Director’s Dialogue: Axel Rüger in Conversation. In this focused program, Pauline Forlenza, AFA Director & CEO, sits down with Axel Rüger, Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Director of the Frick Collection, to explore museum leadership today, from stewardship of historic collections to institutional growth and public engagement.
