Diplomatic Dinner - Sovereign Order of Malta Mission to the UN

Join us for our second annual Diplomatic Dinner, held in support of our Mission's internship programme. We anticipate a fascinating and engaging discussion centred on the theme: “Keeping Cool and Keeping Faith in a Crisis-Driven World”.

The Permanent Observer Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the United Nations, as the Order’s largest and most prominent diplomatic representation, plays a central role in advancing the Order’s humanitarian and diplomatic engagement on the international stage. The work of the Mission’s Diplomatic Trainees is vital to sustaining this effort. Their dedication, professionalism, and daily contribution are indispensable to the continued effectiveness of the Mission’s representation and advocacy in service of those most in need.

The evening will feature an engaging conversation with Ambassador Catherine Royle, Principal of Somerville College, Oxford, formerly British Ambassador to Venezuela, Deputy Head of the UK Mission in Afghanistan, and Political Adviser to NATO, offering exclusive insights on current international affairs. (Chatham House Rules apply).
