Welcome 2025 with warmth, intention, and connection at Diosa Yoga! Join us at The Parish for a morning dedicated to renewal and community. This special event blends gentle yoga, a calming sound bath—offering a unique and empowering way to set the tone for the year ahead.

What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session led by Johana Hernandez—our featured community yoga teacher—to nurture the body, release tension, and invite grounding relaxation. Afterward, participants will be immersed in a calming sound bath, where soothing vibrations encourage inner peace and balance.

Our morning will close with a gratitude circle, honoring the community we’ve built and the strength we carry forward. Whether you’re here to heal, feel inspired, or simply have fun, come as you are and embrace the moment.

We welcome participants of all ages—please ensure those under 18 are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please bring your own yoga mat (but don't let not having one stop you!), water, and wear comfortable shoes for hiking. We’ll ensure you have everything needed for an empowering and restorative morning.
