Surrender your sight—and awaken your senses.Dining in the Dark is an experience-based class that invites guests to enjoy a surprise multi-course menu while completely blindfolded. With vision removed, every bite becomes more vivid: flavors deepen, textures surprise, and aromas take center stage.
Guided by our team, you’ll navigate the meal through taste, smell, and sound alone, discovering how much of dining is shaped by perception—and how much changes when it’s taken away. The menu remains a secret until the evening concludes, encouraging curiosity, trust, and a sense of shared adventure at the table.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
