About this Event
Dining and Dancing POP UP is a space to experiment with all the potential combinations of live performance with elevated dining experiences. This first experimental presentation, conceived by Michelin alums Kaylen Tanner (FOH at 2 star GK, 2 star Saga, 1 star River Cafe) and Devika Manchanda (Pastry at 2 star GK, 3 star Le Bernadin), will be a 5 Course Dessert Tasting Menu designed to accompany a 90-minute dance play held at Williamsburg cultural hub Brick Aux. Included in ticket price is also a curated beverage pairing.
