About this Event
Please note:
This is a two-part class. We ask that Particpants who register attend both sessions:
July 15th and
July 17th from 6-8 p.m.
This beginner level class is a great introduction to all things digital photography. Understand the basic functions of your camera so you can begin to shoot more in manual mode and explore and experiment with settings you might not have had a chance to thus far.
The class is broken down into two parts.
July 15th: Exploring the camera and taking photos.
We'll start in the classroom for a short mini session understanding Lighting, Composition, Shutter, Aperture and more. Then we'll go around and take photos and put into the practice what we learnt.
July 17th: Editing with Adobe Lightroom
In this classroom session, we'll download the images to Adobe Lightroom that we took from the camera. In this photo editing program we'll get a chance to edit and enhance some of the photos using popular Lightroom settings.
Note: Customers will be provided a Digital SLR camera and SD card. Customers should bring in a USB stick to save their files upon completion of the third class.
