About this Event

This two-day event, also known as the Business Innovation Programme, is open to SETsquared members and prospects. Over 2 sessions and a custom selection of information-packed online content to complete between sessions, you will focus on digital innovation opportunities and how to plan for growth.

The workshop will focus on what makes a business model work and will reveal new ways to create value for your customers and generate additional revenue. To do this you’ll be using the Business Model Canvas and many established innovation tools in interactive sessions with expert coaches. It will give you the knowledge you need to create a clear roadmap for developing and testing high-potential ideas.

Day 1 - Intro Session: Friday 1st November - Online Via Zoom(10:30 AM - 11:00AM)

Day 2 - Interactive Session: Tuesday 12th November - Online Via Zoom (10:00 AM - 14:00 PM)

Format

Introductory Session: A 30-minute online session on Friday 1st November.

Online Learning: Complete at your own pace prior to the interactive session. Access will be provided after the introductory session.
Interactive Session: Join us for an interactive online session on Tuesday 12th November to engage with the content and your peers.

Who should apply?

The programme is open for entrepreneurs with an idea for a tech-based product or service and founders of early-stage technology ventures, as well as more experienced entrepreneurs launching a new product/venture.

This programme is fully funded by the University of Surrey.
