Digital Dialog+: Community mental health services @home

Join Yunus Ravat, Senior Digital Project Manager from Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) to discover how they have created a comprehensive DIALOG+ application for its 3500+ clinicians. See how the app allows clinicians to work with patients in their own homes, completing DIALOG+ surveys as well as patient care and safety plans. The data can be gathered online or offline with the DIALOG+ survey results and plans automatically uploaded and integrated into the Trust’s RIO EPR along with supplemental notes from clinicians.

This webinar will cover how the LSCFT Health Informatics Team co-designed and created the application with clinicians to make sure it met their needs exactly, taking advantage of an agile and rapid prototyping approach.
