About this Event
This Farm to School workshop brings together Extension professionals, educators, volunteers, and community partners for a hands-on day of learning and connection focused on growing, procuring, teaching, and celebrating local food. Participants will engage in interactive sessions on school gardens, nutrition education, and local food procurement, enjoy a locally sourced lunch, explore resources from Extension and community partners, and take part in farm field trips or school garden visits designed to inspire practical, ready-to-use Farm to School strategies.
