Welcome to our Creating A More Personal Omaha (CAMP OMA) Monday night craft club! This is a women’s only craft club meeting at various locations across the metro, on Mondays in June and July.
First up is diamond painting. If you’ve never done diamond painting, it’s like paint-by-numbers except with tiny gems that you stick onto a surface. Each attendee will get their own flower-themed coaster to “paint.”
It may take you 1-2 hours to finish your project, depending on how many colors are used and how intricate your coaster is.
All diamond arts supplies will be provided, as well as a slice of cheesecake (contains gluten) and supplies for a DIY dirty soda. You should plan to bring your own water bottle, and you’d be welcome to bring your dinner as well as a snack to share (optional)!
This diamond art event will take place at Lake Cunningham in Omaha, Monday, June 1, 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Please check your email or / Stories around 5:50 pm to see which shelter location we’ll be set up at and tips on where to park!
This is a ticketed event, and I may not have extra supplies for walk-ins. Please register in advance and see our Eventbrite refund policy. If 4+ registrants aren’t signed up by Thursday, May 28 - this event will be canceled and any tickets purchased will be refunded.
