About this Event
We’re excited to shine a spotlight on growing an Executive career, with two experienced leaders Chloe Surridge, and Deena Clarkson. Our discussion will cover how to develop executive leadership presence, navigate challenges and plan long-term growth. We will hear from Chloe and Deena on their leadership journey and how they developed their strategic thinking, and effective communications, whilst drawing on personal experiences of success and failure with lessons learnt.
Chloe Surridge is Chief Operations Officer at Auckland Airport leading a significant portfolio of operational integration and transformation during the most significant infrastructure project undertaken since the airport opened in 1966. Her career is extensive across aviation and shipping and has experiences to share with us in how she developed her executive career.
We also welcome Deena Clarkson, CEO of Coda Group, New Zealand’s most trusted business in transport optimisation. Deena has recently taken Coda through significant transformation with the divestment of their 3PL business and mobilising a transformational digital programme for a new Transport Management System. Her career spans 27 years of leading executive roles with large teams and complex operations across dairy and FMCG industries.
